Four years ago, my life took a major turn. I found the courage to leave behind a 10+ year career in the corporate world to follow what had been calling me for years—psychology. Trusting my intuition, I went back to school, became an accredited counselor, and in 2023, officially became a licensed psychologist.

Now, I take a holistic approach to healing—one that supports the mind, body, emotions, and spirit in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space. I know how overwhelming change and challenge can be, and I want to make that journey easier for you than it was for me.
